Mossvale asks for as little as it can and never sells it.

What we keep

When you sign up for updates we keep your email address, the date, the country your visit came from, and which link brought you (the campaign tags on it, or the site that sent you). We use them to email you about big updates, and to see which videos and posts bring people.

Visits to the home page are counted per day and per link, without anything about who visited.

When you play

The game at play.mossvale.fun keeps the name you pick, a random code your browser holds so it remembers you, and your progress: your skills, what you carry and bank, and where you are. It doesn't ask for your email, and chat isn't kept.

Who helps run it

Cloudflare hosts the site and the game, and stores the list and your progress. When we email the list, the email service we use will be named here first.
